What is COVID-19?

How does COVID-19 Spread?
The primary mode of transmission is through respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, talks, or breathes. It can also spread by touching surfaces contaminated with the virus and then touching the face, particularly the mouth, nose, or eyes. The virus can be highly contagious, leading to widespread transmission in communities.
